Between 2013 and 2014, PHI acquired two bleach factories in Seville and Sant Adrià de Besòs (Barcelona), thus forming La Antigua Lavandera, which became the leading bleach producer on the Iberian Peninsula.
In 2016, PHI acquired a detergent factory in Mataró (Barcelona), while also taking over several P&G brands across various European countries. These brands were consolidated under the umbrella of BlueSun Consumer Brands.
